You know that part of you that always wants to say the right thing?

That part that feels afraid to speak up?

Does that part of you know what to say to a sexual abuse survivor?

Let's talk.

I want that helpful, anxious part of you to feel CONFIDENT when someone says #metoo.

Let's make supporting survivors normal.

Hi, my name is Anna! That picture up there is from my original musical Isabel and the Runaway Train. I am a composer, playwright and educator.

My team and I teach people to emotionally support survivors of sexual maltreatment with our musical theatre - integrated online course.

We created this program because we believe that YOU CAN support survivors.

If you're like 99% of people in the world, you probably want #metoo survivors to feel safe, valued and loved. But you don't know how to create that experience for them and that makes you feel nervous...and a little guilty.

You might even have resigned yourself to just never bringing the subject up, or switching the subject when it arises.

Or maybe you just share every post on social media that comes your way but don't actually engage.

Well, I'm here to change all that! I want to show you how you can practice supporting survivors and feel prepared to help in the moment that your friend, family member, or colleague first discloses a past experience of harm.

You don't need to be perfect, you don't need to know everything that a therapist would know, you don't even need to know all the potential ways a survivor might have been harmed.

You just need to learn how to show up.
